As in Summer, On a very hot day, My Air Conditioner stopped working. Apparently there was some fault in the compressor. I thought of calling the company service providers but since my AC was out of warranty, I avoided that since the companies are infamous to charge heavy fees for servicing out of warranty products. My next step towards Customer care,Store. I was recommended by a friend who got his AC fixed on the spot ( Yes, you read that right). The Service Engineer was at my doorstep within an hour. And 30 minutes later he had the problem figured out and was already working on fixing it. The fees very nominal since it was only the compressor fan that wasn’t working. All in all, I was really impressed.
